For station wagons, portability is the primary consideration in choosing a solar panel system. As much sunlight as possible

Contact local dealers

Check your battery

Regular cleaning panel

Dust and dirt can greatly reduce the panel's ability to absorb solar energy. Use ultrafine or non-abrasive cloth to clean your solar panels and maintain maximum efficiency.


Use MPPT to maximize power output

Known as the maximum power point tracking, MPPT helps to parallel your solar charging controller with the current and voltage generated by the solar panel to create the highest output power. Combine the power generated by the solar charging controller and the solar panel to create the highest possible combination output. The MPPT is placed inside your charging controller. The device will help improve the panel's ability to absorb 30 percent of the solar energy. If you also connect the panels to a series circuit, the power loss can also be eliminated. In addition, whenever a recreational battery is charged, MPPT will reduce the voltage by increasing the current. Make sure that when connecting solar panels, there is nothing but matching solar panels.


The voltage drop

To minimize voltage drop, use proper size of wires and cables. They have to be the correct length and size to expect their total current to be drawn. Generally speaking, the shorter the wire, the better the regulation voltage.

If the distance between the two is too far, the voltage reading between the battery and the regulator does not match.
